She majored in biology and graduated from Begin High School in Rosh HaAyin, Israel.

In 2008, Gadot married Yaron “Jaron” Varsano, an Israeli real estate entrepreneur.
They have three children, the first of whom was born in 2011, the second in 2017, and the third in 2021.
Pilot Wave, their own film and television production business, was founded by the two in 2019.
Gadot and Varsano co-owned and ran a boutique hotel in Tel Aviv, Israel, which was subsequently sold to Roman Abramovich for $26 million in 2015.
