Career
Rahul worked for IBM for two years on a project to build a fully automated screen production facility, while at the University of Waterloo.
He has also served in the Information Technology Department of United Airlines.
His father’s travel agency ran into difficulties when he was in Canada.
In 1989, he returned to India and founded InterGlobe Enterprises, a company that specializes in air transportation management.
In 2019, the Bhatias and Gangwal had a public spat over IndiGo’s management.
