Education
Nidadavolu, Gurazala, Bapatla, Ponnur, Mangalagiri, and Mogalthur were among Chiranjeevi’s schools.

He completed his intermediate studies at Ongole’s C. S. R. Sarma College.

His mother recommended him to use the screen name “Chiranjeevi,” which means “Immortal,” a reference to the notion that Hanuman lives eternally.
With films like Intlo Ramayya Veedhilo Krishnayya (1982), directed by Kodi Ramakrishna, and a box office blockbuster, Chiranjeevi began to appear in leading parts.
Swayamkrushi (1987), directed by K. Viswanath, earned Chiranjeevi his first Nandi Award for Best Actor. Pasivadi Pranam (1987), and Manchi Donga (1988) were also box office successes.
After a brief hiatus, Chiranjeevi returned in 2002 with Indra, which shattered all of his previous Tollywood box office records.

Private & early life
Chiranjeevi married Surekha, the daughter of Telugu comedy actor Allu Ramalingaiah, on February 20, 1980.
They have two daughters, Sushmitha and Sreeja, as well as a son, Ram Charan, who is also a Telugu actor.
Nagendra Babu, Chiranjeevi’s younger brother, is a film producer and actor. Pawan Kalyan, his younger brother, is an actor and politician who formed the Jana Sena, a regional political organization.
