Anne Heche Biography

Heche was born on May 25, 1969, in Aurora, Ohio, to Nancy Heche and Donald Joseph Heche, the youngest of five children.

Heche’s family relocated eleven times throughout her youth, including a stint in an Amish hamlet.

When Heche was 13, her 45-year-old father died of HIV/AIDS, which she thought she caught from a gay partner: “He was in total denial until the day he died.” He acquired it from his gay connections, we know. Absolutely.

Nathan, Heche’s 18-year-old brother, was killed in a vehicle accident three months after her father died.

The official conclusion was that he fell asleep at the wheel and crashed into a tree, but Heche maintained it was suicide.
