Jacques Bermon Webster II was born in Houston, Texas, on April 30, 1991.

Webster lived with his grandmother in South Park, Houston, from the age of one to six.

The area, which was located in south-central Houston, was infamous for violence and had an influence on a young Webster.

“My grandma lived in the neighborhood while I was growing up, so I saw a lot of odd stuff. I saw furious bums and insanely spazzed-out motherfuckers, as well as folks who appeared strange, hungry, and filthy [sic]. ‘I’ve got to get the fuck out of this stuff,’ I’d always say.
