PewDiePie was interested in painting as a youngster, and he described drawing iconic video game characters.
During high school, he regularly played video games in his bedroom and skipped classes to play video games with pals at an Internet café.

On August 19, 2019, Kjellberg married his long-term Italian lover Marzia Bisognin.

He stated that they relocated to the UK in July 2013 because they wanted to live near the sea and have better Internet access.
