Toni Rossall was born on October 19, 1995, in Auckland, New Zealand, but relocated to Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia with her mother when her parents divorced when she was four years old.

Career
Rossall began her wrestling career with Impact Pro Wrestling’s Australian branch, where she debuted as Storm on October 9, 2009, at the age of 13 years old.
Storm made her Progress Wrestling debut on April 14, 2015, and was beaten by Elizabeth.
Storm defeated Jinny and Laura Di Matteo in a three-way battle in May 2017 to become the first-ever Progress Women’s Champion.
She began working for the Japanese World Wonder Ring Stardom company in 2016, and on July 24, she won the SWA World Championship.
Storm was revealed as one of the first four competitors in the Mae Young Classic on June 16, 2017.
She was announced for the next United Kingdom Championship Tournament event on May 9, 2018.
She was revealed as a member of the NXT Women’s Survivor Series squad by team leader Rhea Ripley on the TakeOver: WarGames post-show Q&A session with Triple H on November 24, 2019.
