Mahaan, directed by Karthik Subbaraj, will premiere on Amazon Prime Video on February 10th. After his last film, Kagame Thandhiram, it will be Karthik’s second to go the OTT route.
Vikram and Dhruv, a real-life father-son combination, star in Mahaan. It’s also a meaningful endeavor for Vikram because it’ll be his 60th film. Simran, Bobby Simha, and Vani Bhojan appear in the film, which is produced by Seven Screen Studio.
“I am incredibly delighted to release Mahaan on Prime Video,” producer Lalit Kumar said in a statement about the film.
Karthik Subbaraj has done an outstanding job of blending action, drama, and emotions throughout the film. The film features an extraordinarily brilliant and fantastic star cast who deliver outstanding performances that help to make the plot even more appealing for our viewers.”

“Mahaan is the story of a guy who strays away from his family in quest of personal independence and money,” according to the official description.
However, when he accomplishes his dreams, he misses his son’s presence in his life. Is life-giving him a second opportunity to be a father now that he has achieved his goal of being a billionaire?”
Malayalam, Telugu, and Kannada versions of the original Tamil film will also be accessible for streaming. Maha Purusha is the Kannada title for the film.
